BOOKING FAQ
In the effort to keep this process simple, Ah Real Magic LLC has made every effort to word these conditions in plain English. If you do not understand any part of the below terms, please call us for clarification or seek legal advice before agreeing to them. Any booking made with a deposit, ONCE CONFIRMED ELECTRONICALLY OR IN WRITING by Ah Real Magic LLC, will be considered a legally binding contract carrying the terms and conditions set forth on this page.
WHEN IS MY EVENT CONFIRMED?
‘Confirmation’ will be determined as the moment your deposit has been processed by Ah Real Magic LLC. You will receive an email once this has happened (typically within 24 hours).
WHAT IF I NEED TO CHANGE DETAILS/DATES/TIMES?
Please let us know of any changes immediately. If the scope of the work changes significantly, we reserve the right to renegotiate the agreed upon fee. If you require a date/time change, the deposit may be transferred to an alternate date/time that works for both parties and which is agreed upon in writing.
WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL THE PERFORMANCE?
Due to popular demand, we'll need to turn down events once you have reserved your date. In the event that you need to cancel your booking, please contact us immediately. The following cancellation charges apply:
i) Cancellation within 30 days of the event: the deposit will be forfeited
ii) Cancellation within 15 days of the event: the balance will be payable.
iii) Any arranged travel (flights, hotels) purchased by Ah Real Magic LLC are nonrefundable and nontransferable.
WHAT IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL THE PERFORMANCE?
In the unlikely event that I cannot attend your event, due to an emergency beyond my control, I agree to inform you of the cancellation immediately and make all reasonable attempts to find a suitable replacement of similar standard and style, at no additional cost to you. If a replacement can be arranged and agreed on by you, all event terms and conditions will remain in effect. Should a suitable replacement not be found, or declined by you, Ah Real Magic LLC agrees to refund your booking fee.
DO YOU HAVE INSURANCE?
Yes, I currently have and agree to maintain Public Liability Insurance (with minimum of $1,000,000 coverage). Additionally, it is your responsibility to ensure that your venue can accommodate the performance and inquire as to any insurance requirements. Non-performance due to venue disputes will be deemed a cancellation.
HOW DO I PAY THE BALANCE?
Unless arranged in advance, the agreed upon balance is due prior to, or at the event. Any balance not collected by the end of the event is subject to an additional fee of $50.
